Vincent Duffy has held various IP positions in VANTIVA (previously DBA Technicolor and Thomson) over the last 24 years and is currently VANTIVA’s Chief Patent Counsel. In this role Vincent manages VANTIVA’s global patent portfolio and supports VANTIVA’s patent litigation and licensing, technology licensing, trademark licensing, transactional negotiation and M&A activities. Prior to joining VANTIVA, Vincent worked for various law firms in New York and California as a patent attorney focusing on patent preparation and prosecution as well as patent litigation support in numerous technology areas.
