Her professional background includes senior roles at Saratoga Investama Sedaya and ANZ Bank Indonesia before assuming executive leadership within Primaya.

Since leading Primaya in 2016, when the Group operated only four hospital units, she has guided its evolution into a nationwide healthcare network of 20 hospitals with approximately 3,000 operating beds, supported by around 6,700 employees by the end of 2025. Under her leadership, Primaya has strengthened its reputation for clinical excellence, patient safety, and compassionate care.
