Legal Operations Manager Royal LondonCandice Dawe is the Legal Operations Manager at Royal London, with almost 20 years of experience in legal operations and practice management. She began her career in a private practice law firm in Africa, seeing it from inception to success as a globally recognised member of the DLA Piper Africa Group. At Royal London, she has held various roles, and was promoted to Legal Operations Manager in November 2024, where she is responsible for supporting the Head of Legal Operations with all operational activity, with a particular focus on External Legal Counsel, Contract and Knowledge Management. Candice is known for her adaptability, pragmatic approach, and commitment to improving legal service delivery through technology and AI.
