Claire van Zwam is the part of the Legal & Compliance Operations team at ASML where she leads the Technology & AI team. She is on a mission to make AI, technology, and process optimization actually work for L&C teams. With over 12 years of experience as both a lawyer and legal operations consultant, Claire helps untangle the complexities of GenAI, technology and legal automation. Previously a Senior Manager at PwC and EY, she now oversees technology and GenAI selection and adoption, process mapping, and creating a data-driven department – all while ensuring efficiency, adoption, and compliance.
