Jannica Houben is Vice President, Global Legal Transformation at TD SYNNEX, a Fortune 100 company and the world's largest distributor and solutions aggregator for the IT ecosystem. She leads the global legal transformation function, driving the strategy and execution of initiatives that modernize legal service delivery across the enterprise. Her work focuses on legal operations, process optimization, digital transformation, automation, knowledge management, and AI adoption, helping legal teams scale effectively, improve business outcomes, and operate as strategic partners to the organization. She is also responsible for advancing AI fluency and innovation across the global legal and compliance function.

Prior to her current role, Jannica served as Director, Ethics & Compliance for Europe, where she oversaw key compliance and investigative programs and supported the continued development of the company's ethics and compliance framework across the region.

Before joining TD SYNNEX, Jannica practiced law with Clifford Chance in Amsterdam, advising multinational clients on competition law, corporate compliance, regulatory investigations, and business ethics.

Based in Barcelona, Spain, Jannica is passionate about the future of legal services and the role of technology and AI in transforming the legal profession.
