Vera Reznikova Ph.D

Vera Reznikova is the Head of Legal Transformation & Innovation Europe at DHL, bringing together more than 20 years of legal leadership with a passion for transforming how lawyers work.

In her current role, Vera drives innovation and transformation across Legal Europe, with a focus on making legal services smarter, faster and more connected through technology, AI, knowledge sharing and new ways of working. She led DHL Legal's global project to select and implement a Generative AI solution for lawyers, taking it from initial concept and use-case identification through evaluation and governance to global rollout, adoption and value creation.

Before moving into legal transformation, Vera spent more than 15 years in senior in-house leadership positions, including Head of Legal and Chief Legal Officer roles. This gives her a practitioner's perspective on legal innovation: technology creates real value when it solves real problems for lawyers and the business.

Her experience spans logistics, retail, FMCG and distribution, covering compliance, corporate governance, M&A, complex transactions, risk management and major organizational change.

Vera holds a Ph.D. in Civil and Private International Law and postgraduate qualifications in corporate governance, risk, compliance and strategic project management.
