With a career spanning over a decade in gaming, Viktor began as a Junior QA in 2014, swiftly rising to a leadership position where he transformed Gameloft Bulgaria's QA testers to embedded - directly into game teams, significantly impacting quality control and development velocity. As a Producer for live service titles like Heroes of the Dark and the highly successful March of Empires, Viktor gained invaluable experience in managing the continuous content pipelines essential for live service success. As an Agile Champion, he has been a driving force in organizational transformations, consistently focusing on optimizing workflows to balance quantity and quality in game development.
