A qualified mechanical engineer with an MBA from the University of Canterbury, Brett combines deep technical expertise with strategic foresight. At Meridian, Brett leads cross-functional teams focused on operational excellence, future-proofing hydro infrastructure, and navigating the challenges of climate variability. His work has been instrumental in Meridian’s response to recent droughts and in shaping the company’s long-term strategy to support New Zealand’s transition to a net-zero energy future.
