Jad El Sebaaly

Jad El Sebaaly is the Sales and Business Development Director, Asia and Pacific Region, at Karpowership a global energy transition company with 15 GW of installed capacity and an operational footprint across more than 20 countries. As an energy sector veteran, Jad plays a critical role in expanding the company’s reach across Asia while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region. With 20 years of experience in the field, Jad has spent most of his career at General Electric (GE), holding various roles across multiple markets including 1 year in New York, 5 years in Dubai, and 8 years in Singapore. Prior to GE, he worked for 2 years at Veolia Water in Paris, and later joined KPS, where he has spent 3 years (2 years in Istanbul and ongoing in Singapore). An engineer by training, Jad has led the on-time delivery of Steam and Gas Turbine outages in the Middle East and later moved to Singapore to serve as Sales Director for GE’s Power Portfolio Parts (Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, and Generators) covering Asia. He earned his MBA from INSEAD in 2016.
