I am a biotech Sales & Marketing advocate with a passion for delivering innovative solutions for rare diseases patients in the Middle East and Africa region. As the Head of Marketing MEA at CSL Behring, one of the top biotechnology companies, I am responsible for founding and growing the marketing department, leading the pricing function, and setting the strategy for CSL Portfolio In my current role, I have successfully launched multiple products across different therapeutic areas, such as immunology, hematology, and critical care, while leading and developing a team of talented product managers. I am also an advocate for rare diseases within the pharmaceutical industry, as I lead the rare diseases work stream within PhRMA Middle East, working with colleagues from different organizations to shape and voice the needs and challenges of this patient population. My core competencies include strategy, leadership, market access, product launches, and rare diseases expertise including gene therapy.
