My latest achievements are: - Utilization of AI in media to achieve a 15% uplift in performance across brands - Launch of a SaaS solution that boosts e-commerce sales by 20% - Driving a 10% efficiency improvement in paid search - Increasing digital maturity from Mature to Advanced (Google and BCG scoring) Through capability-building initiatives like Digital Champs and Digital Academy, I foster significant development within our high-performance teams.

Additionally, I represent the Consumer Health division in the global AI strategy scale, contributing to the overall business's AI strategy. I work with key strategic partners such as Google, TikTok, Meta.
