Sydney Water is working to execute the government’s vision for Sydney in 2056 – ensuring the city remains a thriving, sustainable, globally competitive community. Focusing on a long-term workforce strategy, the organisation is implementing scenario planning and experimentation to determine which approaches need to be taken to create flexibility in a strategic workforce plan.
