Louis-Victor de Franssu

Louis-Victor is the co-founder and CEO of Tremau. Prior to Tremau, Louis-Victor worked at the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs where he was deputy to the French Ambassador for Digital Affairs. In this role he notably led France's work on the Christchurch Call to Action to fight against terrorist content online, and participated in a number of regulatory negotiations on behalf of the French government, including the Terrorist Content Online Regulation (TCO) and Digital Services Act (DSA). Prior to joining the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Louis-Victor worked for a leading regulatory risk management consulting firm within the financial sector where he helped open the Paris office.
