Outreach & Partnerships Manager Middle East, North Africa and Turkey TikTok

Malak Jaafar is currently serving as the Middle East, North Africa and Türkiye (MENAT) Outreach and Partnership Manager at TikTok. In this role, Malak connects TikTok's Trust and Safety teams with external experts in order to help shape the platform's policy creation, feature development, risk mitigation, and safety strategies across the region.

Before joining TikTok, Malak was a humanitarian aid worker with the International Committee of the Red Cross and the UN's World Food Programme, where she supported and led communication efforts for both organisations. Her experience also includes a period as a public policy and communications manager for PepsiCo.

At TikTok, Malak leverages her extensive background to foster meaningful partnerships and ensure the highest standards of safety and trust on the platform.
