Noor Salama is the Director of Member Safety & Experience at Feeld, with more than 10 years of global experience across Feeld, Meta, and Microsoft. She specialises in building safer digital spaces for marginalized communities, scaling inclusive operations, and translating AI, regulatory, and user insights into effective product and organisational strategies. Noor has led multilingual safety and AI initiatives across complex global markets, with particular expertise in language-equitable AI, platform integrity, crisis response, and responsible innovation. She loves dogs and yoga.
