With over two decades of experience in leadership and commercial growth, Ravi is a business leader who believes in execution and implementation with a clear vision, goals and strategy. As the VP of Trust & Safety and AI Data Services practice at Concentrix, he is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure user safety, risk mitigation and platform integrity and for working closely with partners for growth management. Ravi has a strong domain expertise in trust and safety, customer relationship management and strategy and he is passionate about delivering excellence and value to partners and stakeholders. His mission is to scale trust and safety for global partnerships at Concentrix and to create a positive impact on the online ecosystem.
