Andreas is the Head of Legal (Energy Markets) at the newly combined Ventient Energy – Renantis Group. He leads the provision of legal services to the energy markets team across Europe, with a focus on revenue generating agreements (mainly PPAs) for the Group’s wind and solar farms. In his role, Andreas is also responsible for analyzing and enhancing legal operational efficiency as a key member of the GC’s team. Notably, he has played a pivotal role in implementing Luminance, a legal AI tool, at Ventient.

Prior to this, Andreas served as Legal Manager covering the UK, Germany, and Spain at Ventient. His diverse background includes extensive experience in private practice, government, and cleantech companies, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape in the energy sector.
