Senior Associate, Online Safety Taylor Wessing

Giulia Carloni is a Senior Associate at Taylor Wessing and a regulatory specialist advising clients on online safety, AI regulation, telecoms and broader digital compliance. Giulia joined Taylor Wessing in 2025 after spending nearly 5 years at Ofcom, where she worked across the full regulatory cycle. Her experience included advising on the legality of RFIs, consultations and statements across Ofcom's remit, with a particular focus on online safety and the video-sharing platform regime. Giulia also advised on enforcement cases and programmes across online safety, VSP regime and standards and broadcasting.
