In March 2024, we launched the Trust & Safety Summit. At the time, the online safety landscape was changing rapidly, with new regulation reshaping how platforms approached safety, governance and accountability. Yet there was no dedicated European forum where Trust & Safety leaders could come together for open, strategic discussion with their peers.
We launched the Summit to fill that gap, creating a space for the people responsible for keeping platforms safe to share experiences, tackle common challenges and learn from one another.

As the Trust & Safety Summit grew, so did our conversations with the market. We consistently heard that many of the challenges facing platform leaders extended beyond Trust & Safety alone.
That led us to launch the Digital Platform Regulation & Compliance Summit in 2026 alongside the Trust & Safety Summit, creating a dedicated forum for legal, policy and compliance leaders navigating an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.
It also prompted a broader question: what other major challenges are platforms facing, and which parts of platform leadership are we not yet bringing together?

One clear answer was fraud. Platforms are increasingly on the front line of scams, impersonation and other sophisticated fraud threats, which is why we are launching the inaugural Platform Fraud Prevention Summit in 2027.
At the same time, our research highlighted another need. Platform leaders wanted greater engagement with the wider ecosystem shaping their work, including policymakers, regulators, NGOs, researchers, industry bodies and technology partners.
That is why we have created Ecosystem Day, bringing the wider community together to share perspectives, explore emerging challenges and create opportunities for greater collaboration.
Together, these four events form Digital Platform Week!

So welcome to Digital Platform Week, the umbrella brand representing four key events in the online safety calendar.
Taking place at Allianz Stadium, London, here is the line-up:
Ecosystem Day | 22 March 2027
Trust & Safety Summit | 23-24 March 2027
Digital Platform Regulation & Compliance Summit | 23-24 March 2027
Platform Fraud Prevention Summit | 23-24 March 2027

Digital Platform Week has been designed to bring these different communities together in the right way.
On 22 March, Ecosystem Day creates the opportunity for platforms to engage with the wider network influencing their work, from policymakers and regulators to NGOs, researchers and industry bodies.
On 23-24 March, the Trust & Safety Summit, Digital Platform Regulation & Compliance Summit and Platform Fraud Prevention Summit give platform leaders the space to go deeper within their own specialist communities, with candid, practical discussion between people facing many of the same challenges.
It means Digital Platform Week can do both: connect platforms with the wider ecosystem around them, while preserving the focused peer-to-peer conversations that made these communities valuable in the first place.
22-24 March 2027 | Four Events. Three Days. Three Platform Communities. One Shared Mission.
