Ioanna Lykidi is Head of Digital Regulatory Compliance at TikTok, where she leads content, competition and privacy compliance across Europe. She has spent more than 20 years building and running compliance functions across big tech and financial services. Ioanna spent nearly 17 years at Google, most recently as EMEA Chief Compliance Officer and as well as Global Assurance Director, where she led the assurance across key domains, including Privacy, Content, Competition and AI. She went on to serve as International Chief Compliance Officer at Remitly, leading compliance for its cross-border payments business. Her earlier roles included Barclays, Deloitte and Arthur Andersen. She holds an economics degree from Cambridge (Selwyn College) and is a certified yoga teacher, half-marathon runner and skier.
