Head of Wilson Sonsini's European antitrust team, Jindrich Kloub represents clients in high-stakes antitrust investigations, cartel defense, and digital markets regulation matters, providing strategic counsel on navigating enforcement processes across jurisdictions in Europe and Hong Kong. Before joining Wilson Sonsini, he served as executive director of operations at the Hong Kong Competition Commission, overseeing the agency's enforcement strategy and investigations. Prior to 2017, he spent over a decade at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Competition, where he was a lead attorney on precedent-setting international cartel cases in financial services, including LIBOR and Forex benchmark investigations.
