Kate is Former General Manager and Associate General Counsel of the Digital Safety Unit of Microsoft, where she ran a team working at the intersection of digital safety and global regulation. She brings decades of legal leadership experience across consumer technology and gaming sectors, with a strong focus on online safety, privacy, AI and technology policy. Her background includes building and scaling complex regulatory and legal teams from the ground up.
