Matt Reeder is Head of Legal at Bluesky Social, where he leads the company's legal function across matters ranging from intellectual property and data privacy to online safety and regulatory compliance. He previously served as Chief Legal and Operations Officer at OnlyFans, helping guide a global user-generated-content platform through complex regulatory and operational challenges. Earlier in his career, he was a litigator at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, focusing on compliance and regulatory matters, and served as an active duty judge advocate in the United States Marine Corps. His scholarship on anti-corruption and financial-regulatory compliance has appeared in the Harvard Business Law Review, among other journals. He holds an LL.M. from American University Washington College of Law.
