Ryan Changes is Director of Program Management, Trust & Safety at Patreon, the creativity network for creators, fans, and subcultures. In this role, he leads vendor partnerships, automation enablement, tooling development, and product readiness. He has spent over a decade in Trust & Safety, beginning at Facebook in 2015, where his work spanned operations and analytics for Community Operations. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys a good swell and the smell of barbecue on the smoker.
