Every studio says community matters. Far fewer can turn what their players are saying into decisions that actually ship. As live-service games create permanent, fast-moving player communities across platforms like Discord, Reddit & Steam, the distance between hearing your players and acting on them has become a real strategic problem, and a real advantage for the studios who close it. This panel brings together studio and publishing leaders who have lived it: the launches where the community knew before the data did, the discipline of separating genuine signal from outrage and vanity metrics, the power of connecting qualitative & quantitative data, and the unglamorous internal wiring that decides whether player insight ever reaches the people making decisions.
