For live service games, iteration speed is a key driver of long-term success, but as games scale, legacy systems and accumulated complexity can slow even the most experienced teams. In this fireside chat, Eva Ryott, Head of Live Operations in Shared Tech at King, shares how King's live games balance continuous innovation with the realities of operating at massive scale. The conversation will explore how to uncover bottlenecks, where legacy begins to impact delivery, and how teams can make strategic trade-offs between new player experiences, technical capacity, and business priorities.
