Kristie J. Fisher, PhD, leads the multidisciplinary research team at PlayStation Studios that supports all of PlayStation’s first- and second-party game development teams. Her team’s mission is to help studios be “vision-led and data-informed” throughout every stage of game development. She holds a PhD in Cognitive Psychology and prior to PlayStation she worked at Google and Xbox.
