Rachel Bourne is a business-led technology advisor specialising in Observability at Splunk, where she has been a Subject Matter Expert and thought leader since 2021. She plays a key role in advancing Splunk’s Observability, Digital Experience Monitoring and IT Operations solutions and Go To Market strategies across the UK and Ireland, and has driven many customer-focused initiatives, building a strong community of Splunk Observability Users and OpenTelemetry Practitioners in the UK.

Prior to Splunk, Rachel worked with a leading SaaS vendor in IT Service and Operations Management, gaining deep experience in deploying enterprise-scale workflow, automation and data connectivity solutions. Earlier in her career, she specialised in enterprise security, helping organisations build secure, automated systems, expertise that now underpins her work in enabling modern Observability and DevOps practices.
