She is recognized for blending strategic sales leadership with compelling storytelling to deliver impactful advertising solutions that exceed client goals. Prior to joining Uber, Selen held core strategy and business planning roles at Meta and major agencies, focusing on the CPG and Retail sectors across local, regional, and global markets. A passionate champion of team empowerment and diversity in leadership, Selen chairs the Immigrants@ Uber Employee Resource Group in the UK and actively mentors individuals new to the tech industry. Her commitment to inclusion, innovation, and meaningful industry impact has been recognized by her nomination for AdWeek Europe’s Future is Female 2025 and her selection as a member of The Media Leader UK’s Future 100 Club Class of 2025.
