A generalist having dabbled in development, data, marketing and ecommerce (and a stint as a professional skier), Zack is now working as the Global Head of Optimisation and Delivery at Merlin Entertainments. His current focus is on driving digital transformation across Merlin to put the customer at the heart of everything they do.
