The one-to-one private consultation element of an Exchange is what we are most well known for. Each Exchange meeting gives you 30 minutes of exclusive, uninterrupted time with the delegates of your choice in attendance.
We screen every single senior executive at the meeting, which provides you with exclusive information on every delegate’s needs and investment priorities. Spend this time forging new and lasting partnerships with senior leaders who are interested in investing in solutions and services like yours. Meetings are are mutually agreed upon and scheduled over the course of the event.
The Keynote is the grandest speaking platform at the Exchange. It is held on the main stage in front of the entire attending audience and quickly takes the speaking organization to a “known” entity and brands your organization as a leading provider in the space. For maximum credibility we highly recommend that a Keynote is presented with a qualifying end-user and is often best done as a Fireside Chat or Interview. There are limited keynote opportunities across the agenda, which ensures that your messaging stands out and sticks with the delegates throughout the duration of the event.
Panel Discussion (Sold Out)
This Speaking Session allows the sponsor to moderate a panel of up to 4 End-User Executives in front of the entire audience at the Exchange. The sponsor will build value, demonstrate expertise and credibility for its solutions by leading a truly interactive discussion around the challenges and priorities the market and delegation are facing. Showcase to the audience that you are a topic expert alongside the industry leading practitioners speaking on your panel
This is a 45-minute workshop format to a third of the Exchange delegation who have chosen to join your session. This package is designed for organizations who want to demonstrate their product offering or service to a group of engaged prospects. This can be delivered as a standalone case study, or alongside a customer of your choice. It is done in a private room and is meant to educate the executives on the provider’s offerings.
A think tank leader will use this platform to gain insight into their customers’ deepest challenges by facilitating an interactive discussion for 10-15 executives. Many of our delegates enjoy this format because it creates high-level debate and discussion. As a sponsor you will be able to really put your finger on the pulse of the industry. This is a pure discussion and is done without AV.
