Fadzai Madzingira is the Director of Policy, Outreach and Education at Twitch Inc. Twitch is a live-streaming platform serving millions of creators around the world and her team is responsible for developing community guidelines and educating the diverse Twitch community about safety products and policies. Fadzai is a Trust & Safety professional with a decade of experience in policy development and responsible technology, having led teams at Meta, Salesforce and Ofcom. Her areas of focus included policy development in Hate Speech, Violence, Child Safety, Slurs, Adult Sexual Activity and building internet regulation compliance programs. As a Rhodes Scholar from Zimbabwe, she read for a Bachelor of Civil Laws and a Master in Public Policy at Oxford University.
