As Head of Trust & Safety at Deloitte, James is a leading UK voice in T&S. He is professionally committed to ending online harms and improving the digital life for all users. His current work is focused in four areas: regulatory compliance for digital platforms; operational design and workflows (including wellbeing); business growth through T&S; and lasting social impact through trust. James has a colourful professional background as both a platform T&S leader - at TikTok and Bumble - and an expert in intelligence operations. He is a UK Armed Forces veteran, a father to two ‘digital natives’, and is proud to be the Chairperson for this year’s T&S Summit in his hometown of London.
