Natalie Campbell

Natalie is a member of the Research & Innovation team within TikTok's T&S Global Wellbeing Team. As a BPS Chartered Psychologist with a PhD in Applied Psychology, she specialises in evidence-based research - exploring what works, for whom, and under what conditions. Natalie drives gold-standard research practices that transform data into actionable insights, helping the business scale primary, secondary, and tertiary interventions that protect and support the mental health and wellbeing of T&S employees. Prior to joining TikTok, Natalie spent over a decade working in dual roles — as a Performance Psychologist to Olympic and Paralympic athletes and as an Associate Professor at UK universities. She also serves as Co-Chair of the Trust & Safety Foundation's Psychological Health Research Coalition.
