Sophie is a leader in Trust, Risk and Ethics. She has gained over 17 years experience managing international, multi-functional and multi-cultural teams across the private and not for profit sectors, in international NGOs and in the tech sector. Sophie is the co-author of several publications on Risk, published by the Institute of Risk Management, has been a Trustee for an international NGO and also founded the International Good Practice Network, designed to enable international NGOs to collaborate more effectively to achieve greater impact. Sophie enjoys using her leadership to rally teams together to enable impact at scale.
