Elena Mariotti is a senior transformation executive with a value creation track record across 80+ companies and $120B in private equity portfolios. She has led growth strategy, digital transformation (AI/IoT), operational excellence, and sustainability programs at Blackstone, Cerberus Capital Management, Accenture partnering with boards, investors, and C-suites to enhance EBITDA. Elena’s sector experience spans natural resources, infrastructure, manufacturing, tech, real estate, financial services. A guest lecturer on private equity value creation at Oxford Saïd, she serves on multiple advisory boards. She began her career as engineer on oil rigs in the North Sea and renewable energy plants, and is passionate about commercial energy transition.
