Delegate Lists
IQPC will provide conference lists to its sponsors/exhibitors in accordance with the terms of their contracts, and as part of the sponsorship investment fee. Any third party demanding an additional fee for such lists is not authorized, does not have access to the conference list, and is likely selling fraudulent and inaccurate information. IQPC cannot assume any responsibility for such lists, and sponsors/exhibitors bear the risk that the data may be inaccurate and/or not in compliance with applicable data privacy laws.

Hotel Reservations
IQPC negotiates special rates for its attendees at the venue booked for the event. In order to receive these rates and other benefits for the event, sponsors/exhibitors should book through the link that will be provided to you directly by a member of the IQPC event team. We have been made aware that third parties may reach out to sponsors offering to book room space for them at the event. IQPC is not working with any such third parties, and any reservations they offer to make will not receive the group rates IQPC has negotiated for its attendees. IQPC cannot assume any responsibility for any booking made through such third party.

Visit a museum

London is home to some of the world’s best free museums, making it easy for visitors to explore the city without spending a penny. From the British Museum and the National Gallery to the Natural History Museum, Science Museum and Victoria and Albert Museum, there is something for every interest. Guests can discover ancient history, world-famous art, fashion, design, science and culture all in one city. Free museums are a great option after an event, offering a relaxed way to enjoy London, continue conversations and experience some of the capital’s most iconic attractions at no extra cost.

They are ideal for relaxed networking, quick group meals or informal conversations outside the conference setting. They also give guests a lively, local experience without needing to book a formal restaurant.

London’s theatre scene is one of the best ways for visitors to experience the city after the event. From major West End productions to smaller plays, musicals and comedy shows, there is something to suit every taste. A theatre trip offers attendees a memorable evening outside the conference setting and is a great option for those staying overnight or travelling with colleagues. With many venues located around Soho, Covent Garden and Leicester Square, it is easy to combine a show with dinner or drinks nearby. It is a classic London experience and a great way to unwind after a busy event day.

The South Bank is a great way for attendees to experience London after the event without needing to book anything in advance. Stretching along the River Thames, it offers views of landmarks such as the London Eye, St Paul’s Cathedral and Tower Bridge, as well as plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants nearby. It is ideal for a relaxed evening walk, informal networking or a casual catch-up with colleagues. For visitors staying overnight, the South Bank gives them an easy way to see some of London’s most iconic sights while enjoying the atmosphere of the city.
