Inês Delgado is a Vice President at Motive Partners, where she delivers Product & Technology due diligence and value creation across growth, buyout and Ventures investments. With a wide background of diligence assessments completed, she specializes in identifying value levers pre-acquisition, designing integration and carve-out strategies, and supporting exit readiness. Inês works closely with C-level leaders to drive transformation in FinTech and Financial Services, mainly focused on the Wealth and Alternatives space. Prior to Motive, she held M&A roles at Deloitte and PwC. She brings international experience and a hands-on approach to unlocking operational and technological value in complex deal environments.
