Chief Financial Officer Prismore Capital

Isaac Fidalgo Vaz is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Prismore Capital (formerly known as SC Industrials), an investment platform wholly owned by Efanor, the holding vehicle of the Azevedo Family, one of the largest family offices in Portugal. He is also Prismore’s Chief Investment Officer (CIO), responsible for originating private equity investment opportunities across OECD countries to scale up emerging technologies to improve industrial sustainability. Prior to joining Prismore Capital, Isaac was an Investment Director at InfraRed Capital Partners in London, focusing on the origination and execution of low-carbon energy generation, clean tech and digital infrastructure investments across Europe. Before that, Isaac was a Director at Aviva Investors in its London Infrastructure team with a similar investment remit, having also worked for Brookfield Asset Management and EY, in London and Lisbon, investing and advising on global power and transportation infrastructure. Previous experience also includes management consulting work for TIS.pt on PPPs/PFIs for the European Commission and the World Bank. Isaac holds a Master’s in Finance from London Business School, an Executive Master in Corporate Finance from ISCTE Business School in Lisbon and a Bachelor in Economics from University of Beira Interior. He also completed investment focus executive education programmes at Haas School of Business (University of California, Berkeley), Said Business School (University of Oxford) and ESSEC Business School (Paris).
