Jose is an Operating Partner at the PIF, the Saudi sovereign wealth fund with over 925bn USD in AUMs. Since joining in 2021, Jose has been focusing on value creation and TSR uplift across levers, sectors and geographies, both pre and post-deal, and sits on several portfolio companies’ Boards, ExComs and NRCs. Jose has an extensive career in performance improvement, turnaround and restructuring, acquired as EMEA Strategic and Operational Leader (previously Restructuring) at PwC and Managing Director and Country Head Iberia at Alvarez & Marsal, having led some of the most impactful transformational and turnaround initiatives across EMEA, including nationwide systemic solutions. Previously, he held several senior management roles in investment banking and corporate banking, including CEO.
