Juan Lopez-Valcarcel is a senior technology and data executive specialising in private equity value creation and business transformation. He is currently an advisor to EQT on Technology and AI value creation and has held interim C-suite roles for portfolio companies backed by GIC, Hg, and Bain Capital, including serving as Chief Operations Transformation Officer at Kantar. Earlier in his career, Juan held executive product and technology roles at NBC Universal in the US and Pearson in the UK. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, sits on the board of Proa SA, and serves as an Association Member for BUPA Healthcare. Juan also writes valuecreationplan.com, a newsletter sharing practical insights from years of hands-on transformation work in portfolio companies.
