Martin Christiansen is Vice President and Co-Lead of Tech Mahindra's Global Private Markets Practice. He leads strategic engagement with private equity firms, operating partners and portfolio-company leadership across Europe and North America, translating investment theses into technology-enabled value-creation initiatives. Martin focuses on originating and shaping complex cross-border engagements across the investment lifecycle, including diligence, carve-outs, operating-model transformation, AI and automation, cost optimisation and exit readiness. He works with sponsors and management teams to define the value-creation agenda, mobilise the right capabilities and drive execution towards measurable EBITDA and growth outcomes. With a background spanning private equity investing, M&A and business development, Martin combines investor perspective with commercial leadership to help clients turn strategic priorities into scalable, executable results.
