Principal Consultant, Global Private Equity Sage

Marvin is a Principal Consultant at Sage, where he co-leads the Global Private Equity programme, with a focus on the UK and Ireland. Marvin works closely with private equity operating teams, portfolio CFOs and finance leaders to help organisations scale finance functions ahead of growth and exit. His work focuses on finance transformation, financial systems modernisation and the application of AI within finance workflows, helping businesses improve visibility, decision-making and operational scalability. Alongside his private equity remit, Marvin leads Sage's strategic CFO and scale-up communities, bringing together finance leaders, founders and investors to explore how technology can enhance business performance and support sustainable growth. Prior to Sage, he held senior consulting and product specialist roles at NetSuite, Oracle and Freshworks, supporting high-growth and investor-backed organisations through transformations spanning ERP, CRM, FP&A, BI and reporting applications.
