Naresh is a servant leader with 20+ years of expertise in procurement, operations, M&A, transformation, value creation planning, and delivery across the investment lifecycle. He is an effective force-multiplier leveraging hybrid abilities acquired through senior roles in private equity, industry and Tier-1 consulting (A&M, Accenture, Deloitte). Currently, Naresh is an independent operating partner retained by mid-market funds and/or their portfolio companies. Since 2016, his assignments have ranged from origination, due diligence, interim manager to full-scope portfolio management. Naresh is based in UK and has recently led companies HQed in US, Europe, Middle-East and India. He also co-founded Operating Bridge Partners(OBP), which is a symbiotic global network providing both operating muscles and co-invest capital to private companies. He holds MBA from Purdue University (USA) and Bachelor of Technology from NIT (India)
