Nick Berry is Founder and CEO at miryō, where he works with PE and corporate acquirers to maximise M&A deal outcomes. His first deal was selling the strategic digital agency he co-founded to IPG. Since then, he has focused on creating value through M&A integrations, delivering exceptional results for gyro B2B, Merkle and dentsu, where he managed a $750m integration portfolio. His area of expertise is commercial integrations, combining pre-deal due diligence and commercial planning with relentless post-deal cross-selling to generate growth and hard to achieve revenue synergies. He also launched the M&A Futures Project, which seeks to use inter-disciplinary frameworks to understand and avoid the common drivers of value destruction (which impair ~50% M&A deals).

• Overcoming the finance-first mindset and build the strategic and operational expertise
• Putting the capital where it matters the most: Investing in operations, tech, and commercial levers that drive growth
• The CEO vs. the Boardroom Standoff – How to align financial decision-makers with operational execution.
