Paul-Louis started his career in the electric car industry at PSA (now Stellantis) before moving to strategy consulting at Roland Berger. He then joined Verescence (Oaktree investment) to coordinate the glassmaker's restructuring and help it achieve operational excellence. In 2014, Paul-Louis joined Shippeo, a French technology scale-up in the logistics sector, where he contributed to the company's success (20x over four years) by developing its customer base. He joined Apax Partners (now Seven2) in 2022. A French and Colombian national, he graduated from HEC and obtained a Master in Research from École Polytechnique in 2011.
