Ralph is a Managing Director and Operating Partner in La Caisse’s Private Equity team. He is an experienced active investor, board director, and CEO of private equity-backed businesses as well as a start-up entrepreneur. La Caisse is a global investment group managing funds for public retirement and insurance plans, with CAD 517 billion in net assets as of December 31, 2025. La Caisse invests constructive capital – in private equity, infrastructure, real estate, private credit, and equity markets – to build enterprises that drive performance and progress.
