Ruby Sheera is Chief Customer Officer of LCap Group. With more than 20 years' experience, Ruby advises private equity investors and their portfolio companies on the leadership and organisational decisions that drive value creation. Her work spans the investment lifecycle, from pre-deal leadership risk and assessment through to management team evaluation, succession and leadership development. Combining deep market experience with data-driven leadership insights, Ruby helps investors and management teams turn leadership data into actionable decisions — identifying strengths, risks and capability gaps and aligning leadership teams to the value creation plan.
