Victor Vadaneaux has extensive experience growing and transforming investee companies of private equity investors, building sustainable value in those businesses. He has been a CEO, Executive Chair, Board Member, Interim Manager and Operating Partner in numerous companies owned by PE investors such as Advent International, ICG, Oakley Capital, G Square, Cairngorm Capital and Barings. Victor works with or part of management teams and with the companies’ owners, acting on strategy, operations, organisation and leveraging technology to achieve breakthrough value creation. Previously, Victor was an investor-backed entrepreneur and CEO of Centerra Partners, a venture he co-founded in Central Europe. Earlier in his career, he was an investment Partner at Advent International and at Lazard Private Equity. Prior to Advent, Victor worked at GE Capital and McKinsey & Company in New York. Victor has an MBA from Harvard and is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Télécom ParisTech in France.
