Vitaliy is an Operating Partner at Churchill Partners, advising owners, founders and PE funds on strategic transformation, M&A and value creation. He was Group CFO of X5 Retail Group, where he architected the financial strategy that built it into Eastern Europe's largest food retailer, and most recently Partner-in-Residence at SUR Holdings in Bogotá, delivering a USD 1bn debt restructuring and Chapter 11 exit in seven months. He has chaired boards and audit committees at listed and PE-backed companies across Europe and the CIS. IoD Chartered Director; MBA, Chicago Booth.
